Chad Galle, CRNA, NSPM-C is certified in all forms of interventional pain procedures. He is certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with Subspecialty Certification in Non-Surgical Pain Management.

Kentucky River Pain Management will have clinic hours every other Monday. Their office will be located at 424 Jett Drive, Jackson located in front of the hospital. Appointments are by referral only. Please call 606-666-6145 with any questions on referrals.
